PRIVACY POLICY Last Updated: December 11, 2025 This Privacy Policy explains how VortexAI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Closetly application (“App”). By using Clotho, you agree to this Privacy Policy. 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 1.1 Information You Provide - Email address (required to create an account) - Password - Closet photos uploaded by you 1.2 Automatically Collected Information We automatically collect: - Device information (model, OS, IP address) - Usage analytics - Crash logs - Cookies & tracking technologies (PWA functionality) We do NOT collect: - Location data.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your data to: - Create and manage user accounts - Generate AI outfit suggestions - Authenticate logins - Improve App quality, performance, and user experience - Provide customer support - Enable subscription access and payments.

 3. USE OF AI TECHNOLOGY Clotho uses OpenAI technology to process uploaded images and generate outfit suggestions. We do NOT: - Use your images to train AI models - Sell your data - Store closet photos long-term unless you schedule an outfit (Ultimate Style users only) We DO: - Send your uploaded photos to AI systems strictly for generating results.

4. PHOTO STORAGE POLICY 4.1 Temporary Processing Closet photos are processed temporarily and not stored after the result is generated. 4.2 Scheduled Outfits (Ultimate Style Tier) If you subscribe to the $25/month Ultimate Style plan and schedule an outfit: - Only the generated outfit is stored - It is stored solely to show on your calendar page - No other user images are stored.

 5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS Payments are handled through: - Apple App Store - Google Play Store Refunds: Refund processing is controlled entirely by Apple and Google. We cannot issue refunds directly. 

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION We may share your data with: - Apple (app distribution & payments) - Google (app distribution & payments) - OpenAI (AI processing of your images) - Analytics or hosting service providers assisting App functionality We do NOT sell or rent personal data. 

7. DATA SECURITY We use measures such as: - Encryption of sensitive data - Secure servers - Technical safeguards provided by our backend environment While we take precautions, no system is 100% secure. 

8. DATA RETENTION We retain: - Account info (email, password) as long as your account exists - AI-generated scheduled outfit images only for Ultimate Style users and only for calendar display - Temporary images only during AI processing (not stored afterward) 9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY Clotho is available for users 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under laws requiring parental consent. Parents may request deletion of a child’s data by contacting support@vortexai.dev. 

10. USER RIGHTS (GDPR & CCPA COMPLIANT) Depending on your region, you may request: - Access to your data - Correction of inaccurate data - Deletion of your account and associated data - Restriction of certain data processing Requests may be sent to support@vortexai.dev. 

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS Data may be processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. 

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept these updates.
