Clotho Terms Of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: December 11, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clotho mobile application and website (the “App”), operated by VortexAI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 

1. ABOUT THE APP Clotho allows users to upload photos of their closets and receive AI-generated outfit suggestions based on their items and chosen style. Certain premium features, including outfit scheduling, require a paid subscription. 

2. ELIGIBILITY The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. By using the App, you confirm you meet the required age for digital services applicable in your region. 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION To use Clotho, you must create an account by providing: - A valid email address - A password You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. Account deletion is not currently available within the App. To request account deletion, email support@vortexai.dev. 

4. USER CONTENT 4.1 Closet Photos Users may upload images of their closets. These photos are processed to generate outfit suggestions using AI. 4.2 Storage of Photos Closet photos are NOT stored long-term and are only used temporarily for generating AI results. Exception: If you are an Ultimate Style ($25/mo) subscriber and schedule an outfit, the generated outfit is stored only for the purpose of showing it on your calendar on the selected date. No other images are stored. 4.3 License You Grant to Us By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the images solely for providing App features. We do not use your images to train AI models. 

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT The App uses artificial intelligence systems powered by OpenAI. AI outputs are for personal use only, and we do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability. 

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS Clotho offers subscription tiers including: - $5/month - $15/month - $25/month (Ultimate Style) Subscriptions: - Auto-renew monthly - Are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store Refunds: All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. VortexAI LLC cannot issue refunds directly. 

7. PROHIBITED USES You may NOT: - Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content - Interfere with or damage the App - Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the App - Use the App for commercial purposes without permission. 

8. PRIVACY Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully. 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All rights in the App (excluding user-uploaded content) belong to VortexAI LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App in any unauthorized way. 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: - The accuracy of AI-generated outfits - That the App will function without interruption - That user content will not be lost. 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, VortexAI LLC is not liable for: - Data loss - Inaccurate AI results - Damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. 

13. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. 

14. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
